I have the honour to refer you to the above claims in cœnection
with the War with Japan, and in view of the recent news in the press of an
impending Peace Treaty with Japan, which has evidently been agreed upon, I
should be grateful of your assurance that these claims will be taken into
consideration in any such Treaty, especially as you advised me that nothing
could be definitely settled on these claims gatil a Peace Treaty with Japan
could take place, vide your letter of 30th August 1948 No. KG 1469/17/210.
Once again I would advise that due to the bad treatment I received
personally (my personal Injury Clain No. IL-2), I am mable to work. I tried
în 1948 for a short period but broke dom and had to give it up on medical
advice, and in addition having lost my household necessities for a home
